[Resolved] Reliance Communications Limited — wrong amount charged | |||||
Dear sir I have upgrade my 2g reliance sim into 4g. But before upgrade i contact to customer care & they said after upgrade into 4g i have to do one frc and he msg me to some frc details. I upgrade my sim into 4g and done frc of rs149/- but benefit not come to me. Now care are says that there is no require to recharge by frc. It was a wrong rechrge done.
