Reliance Communications Limited — Wrong billing and unethical business practice,no response from appellate officers

On checking with her for the status of closure she mentioned that your net connect will be closed after 1 week. Service Request ID[protected] on 25/12/2014. This id was provided to me by Sunanda. I had given a complaint that I will not be paying for the amount of services which are not used by myself. As I had given complaint since 21st Dec till 25Th Dec mentioning that my net connect is not working and your executives had been giving me ref num every time and confirm it will be resolved. I told them on day one if its not working kindly take request for cancelling the connection. They assured it will be resolved and if its not resolved you will not be charged as there is not data usage. After my follow up, I got the connection cancelled and got the billing of amount which was not used by me. After that I sent a mail for wrong billing, there has been no revert. I am getting mails from Reliance legal to clear my outstanding from a month now. I had written to appellate office marking a copy to Reliance legal department. But very strangely I am getting mail from Appellate that you have to pay the amount of 1087, as per details provided to you. I have been asking appellate to provide me the details of data usage done my myself, they have not been reverting on that. In between I got a call from reliance legal saying that you pay 900 and we will close the case. As my connection was terminated I can not do the online payments. As I am located i a remote place, I had got a mail from reliance legal to clear Rs 900 and this offer is valid for one working day. I am not able to understand that I have to face this problem and why are you bargaing n amount to be paid. Today 16/2/15 I spoke to secretary of appellate Mr Sumit and he told you have to pay the amount as stated in mails to you. Rather than listening and addressing complaints they are forcing things to us.I asked if there is any other authority apart from appellate I can address he rudely said no. I asked him to provide e the details of download and upload data for which you are charging me. He has simply forwarded me the bill without proper details as requested for. I have been patient enough to bear un necessary calls and mails from reliance. Which is hampering my day to day work and mental peace.
