[Resolved] Reliance Communications Limited — Wrong recharge details providing to customer & customer made loss due to mistake of company | |||
My mobile no is [protected] & yesterday i had recharged my mobile with rs 57/- from reliance site. there are offering if anybody will recharge with 57rs /- he will received benefit of 47 TT for 30 days & 50 Mb internet for 30 days I have not received balance of 47 in my account & when i was talking with customer care executive he was telling our company not providing this all benefit as i shown to him. we are not able to provide. & they also not provide my balance of previous date. I want my balance of 47 rs. Company want to make fool to customer who not aware about legality, i am attaching screen shot for your reference, both the screen shot i have taken recently..
