[Resolved] Reliance Communications Limited — wrongly deducted amount | |||
Dear Sir, My name is Kaushik Bhanushali and my mobile no. Is [protected]. I have activated the Internet pack of Rs. 29 from reliance communication. After few days my balance is started deducted even I have sufficient Mobile data balance. I have recharge on 6th April 2014 and my balance started deduct from 8th April 2014 to till I am facing this problem. Due to which I have lost almost 30 Rs from my main Balance.Even Costumer care is not responding when I try to contact them. So I request to you kindly look into the matter and do me needful.
