[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Location shifting

Sir i have requested location shifting for my landline+broadband on 22nd july 2016
They gave me 7 days time from 22 july
Today is 08th of aug 2016 and facing a very big trouble
My connection is still on my previous location
I called on[protected] many times even more than 20 times
I filed a complaint on [protected] too but there is no response from anywhere
They are just saying our team will call u back
But still after 16 days i'm not getting my problem solved please help
