[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Lost my balance after using wifi | |||
I have complained many times before about loosing my balance due to unknown subscribe/ activation of services, whenever i recharge my phone i get a message fro company about various services is activated. I have no idea why this happened. I tried many times to call customer care but every time either network is busy or the call just ends. Again with the same problem another problem has occurred. I am loosing my talk time balance whenever i use wifi. I had recharged my phone few days before only of rs 160 but when i used wifi. My balance reached to zero. This has happened to me several times.
