[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Low Signal and Network Busy

R/Sir,

We belongs to Bareilly District (UP). We have using a Reliance GSM Sim last 8 years...
but Reliance GSM service is very poor service for calling in Bareilly (UP) many times no signal in city and always busy... when i do call show massage network busy... i tried reliance customer care number *333 but always busy ... continuesly 1 hrs.. i tried.
Then we can say that reliance gsm is not satasfactory service in UP very much poor service. one time i call tol free no. that said me it will be resolved but not solve from 4 months.

i if problem will do it continue i will change company

Hi, My reliance GSM mobile no. is [protected].Whenever I recharge it with a data pack and turn on the data..It shows roaming symbol and does not provide any internet connectivity.I tried even contacting the custumer care, but failed.
