[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Low speedon pre-paid wi-fi

Sir My Relaince pre-paid Wi-fi is [protected], . have recharged it for Rs 797.00 ie, 10 GB unlimited for 30 daysat about 7 Am. But I am still getting very low speed. Why ? Hoe it can be achived ? Why improper reply from customercare ? Why live chat is inactive ?
