[Resolved] Reliance Communications Ltd — Loss of top up balance for more than 3 times and loss of more than Rs 500. | |||||
I have been reliance gsm prepaid user mob no [protected] for quite sometime now. For the past one week i have been facing your horrible service consequences which are as follows 1-I did a top up of Rs 111 twice and Rs 222 once despite having data balance my talk time balance got deducted which has costed me more than rs 500 These things have happened before also including which has costed me loss of over rs 1000. Reliance is famous for their pathetic services as always and whenever you call them they always ask you to call after two hours because of server issue. Even if you are patient enough to call them thousand times they always say we are sorry for in convenience caused but they can't provide the balance lost Was this information helpful? | |||||

Reliance is a very chip network in India . reliance services are very bad . they can not solve the problem of customers. Reliance is a very very very very poor chip discasting nd bad network company .
