Reliance Communications Ltd — Reliance evdo data card having zero evdo coverage

I am using Reliance netconnect+ data card as an Internet connection in my home and now I am not able to use the data card in the evdo platform. There will be no coverage if i use in the net connect+ mode. If I swith it to 1x mode it works but with a very low speed as the max speed in 1x is 144 kbps. I am trying to connect to customer care but it never connecting to the call centre even if we wait for more than 45 minutes. I am facing this issue from more than 2 weeks.
