[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Main balance deducted for no reason. first agreed to refund the money now denying to refund | |||
On 16th aug my whole balance of ₹127 was deducted n when complaint the representative agreed that the network company made a mistake n the amount will be refunded within 24hrs. The rs no is[protected]. Now after 24hrs when i haven't received any amount back. N now they saying my balance was deducted due to usage of internet. Whereas i had net pack n the available net bal was 50mbs. This is outrageous Was this information helpful? | |||
