[Resolved] Reliance Communications — main balance getting cut even though i have data balance | |
I have 1gb data per day scheme and yet my main balance gets cut even though i have't used 100mb of the data out of 1 gb. I get a message stating "dear customer, you have already used data service for 10mb on your main balance." and then when i checked my data balance it says "dear customer, no data balances in your account". After an hour or so i checked and saw that i gave data balance left and my main balance got for no reason. This is the second time this is happening to me. Was this information helpful? | |
