Reliance Communications — Main Balance has deducted unnecessary

Hello Sir, On 7th April evening, i have activated 9 rs GPRS pack, and use it as my requirement. But i don't why my main balance had deducted of 738 rs for using the data without giving any notification to me. I am complaining this issue 3 times(Complain numbers are[protected],[protected],[protected] on reliance customer care 198 and *333, but didn't get any solution from reliance. So i request you to please help me to refund my balance. Mob no is [protected]
