Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that i have lost my Handset ([protected]) on 10th may 2015. So for new Sim-card i have visited Your Medhipatnam store their your executive is telling me that sir by today your sim will get activated but it is not happening he is telling me the same store since 20days, but he is not solving my problem. so today he mishandled me he is using vulgar language.
so this is my humble request to you is that take a proper action on your executive(Mr.Devender Medhipatnam store). And solve my problem as soon as possible.
