On seeing your ad on Mini Wi Pod, in the Reliance Energy Bill in August 2015, I was impressed and purchased one on August 30, 2015 with a special offer for one year, for unlimited usage.

From inception the network was very poor and I could not make use of it. In spite of numerous complaints I was getting the same reply from your customer services department that there were network issues in my area and they were working on it. I could'nt use even two GBs per month and that too after struggling and wasting a lot of time trying to surf the net and using the e-mail.
To make matters worse, in July I began receiving messages that CDMA is being discontinued and I would have to purchase a 4G Wi-Fi device to enable to use the internet. I couldnt even use the internet after that although I had paid for use of internet till 30th August 2016.
So I was compelled to purchase the 4G Wifi device for Rs.899/-. The advertisement also said that I would get 10GB of 4g data free with this offer.
To my surprise, in August, I received a bill for the period 14 July to 13 August. As this is absurd, I asked for discontinuing service on 29th August (Ref.[protected] which has not been acted on till date. I have sent numerous e-mails to which I have not received any reply.
I have again sent another request for discontinuing service today (Ref[protected] and also regarding the 10GB free data and am awaiting reply.
