Reliance Communications — misbehaviour of staff without listening the problems

Dear sir, i am a valued customer of jio and aim to maintain a long relationship. With this faith over jio, i have moved to jio office, sambalpur, odisha with the following problem, on dt.24.08.2017 i have booked a jio phone with successful transaction of ra.500.00 from my internet banking and further i have not received any kind of communication regarding my successful booking of the phone, so for confirmation, i have move to your sambalpur office. But one of the named dinesh kumar, scolded me and tell me go to hell. Please look after this kind of behaviour to customer. I[censored] also not listening me, then, i will go to court of law.
