Reliance Communications — misguiding | |
Given below are the complete complaint details that i am giving ever since i registered to the consumer complaint forum & each & every time my complaint has been marked as resolved without resolving the issue. This month again i got a bill from reliance communication. I was a subscriber of your postpaid network once but due to bad service & misbehavior i could not continue your service. On dated 20/06/17 i got a call from hzaribagh consumer forum regarding a case of 420 by reliance communication for a due of amount 6339 which i have paid on the same date and told by the advocate ishika sharma mob. No. [protected] that i do not get any further bill for the no. [protected] but again i have received the bill in the month of june & july too. So kindly look into the matter & resolve it asap. None of my no. Is in use since may 2017. Complaint marked as Resolved Sep 27, 2017 No steps has been taken from reliance communication regarding my complaints till now. I have mailed to their regional head too but still no response has been given & my complaint has been marked as resolved. Complaint Status [Aug 23, 2017] Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Reliance Communications Customer Care's response, Aug 23, 2017 Dear Customer, We have noted your complaint and the same has been forwarded to our customer service team. They will get in touch with you directly to resolve your concerns. However, request you to provide us with an alternate number so that we can successfully contact you. Dear One, This is the reason because of which i leave this network, no one is here to take the responsibility. Why any one is not taking this matter seriously, i am still waiting for an appropriate response.
