This is my number [protected]. I have tried to get upc code few days back as network sucks in my area even i filed complaints about it 3 months back then they are still working on it. I am living in middle of city yet they are sawing roaming. I wasn't able to port out before expiry date so i tried to get another upc code but now i am not getting any message from 1901. So i filed complaints here before, got call from reliance, they registered complaints and received message saying that now i can apply for upc code but i tried tried nd tried till rum out balance then i got message from 1901 that please recharge to avail service.
