Reliance Communications — MNP not done | |||
Hi, I submitted a port request on 4th march 2017 and I got UPC CODE from reliance as RX565136 and I got a Jio sim on 5th march 2017 in Jio prime offer. But still now this Jio sim is not activated. So I called to Jio customer care and they told your request unprocessed due to wrong UPC generated from reliance so you can request once again for port . But this code valid till 19th march 2017 so I can't get new UPC code after I called to reliance for reason for why generated wrong UPC code but reliance executives told RX565136 is the correct UPC code Jio not submitted KYC to our end so we can't able to stop or disconnect reliance network. After that I called to Jio care they told once disconnected that time insert Jio sim otherwise provide us new UPC code for reprocessing. So I really frustrated these to vendors reliance 4g and Jio 4g so I requesting you please guided them do not give these types of torhers to customers. I submit a complaint regarding UPC CODE not receiving. After that I saw a comment from reliance " our executive as discussed over phone call your issue has been resolved satisfactorily "
But reality is I didn't received any calls from reliance executive and my MNP Issue still now not resolved why are you people doing these types of third class activity.
I received wrong UPC code from your side so my Jio application has been rejected.
Kindly resolve my MNP issue as soon as possible give me a new correct UPC code immediately. Other wise I will complain at consumer court and trai why are you people wasting my time and money?
