Hi Today Afternoon, my phone was suddenly power Hanged & all my balance has been wiped off & data service also stopped. i have called several times to the relaince customer care dept but no body is able to resolve the problem. SOme of the executive told you will get the balance soon & services will be active, but nothing happend till now. After i call again than they were unable to provide the solution.
