[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Mobile Bill | |||||
Hi, I'd like to escalate the issue of my pending refund from Reliance Communication for my Reliance mobile. I had a Reliance Postpaid connection, I got it converted to prepaid by paying all my dues. However, my bill was also deducted from my credit card as I had set my Reliance bill for auto deduction. I have raised the concern with the customer care and escalated it further but not yet received any update. Please can you take action to get this resolved at the earliest. Thanks in advance!
