Reliance Communications — mobile bill refund of excess payment denied | |||
Dear sir, This is with reference to my mobile network service provider wherein i had requested for a port out and as per the mpn requirements I was asked to clear the previous network provider bills i. E. Reliance communications ltd i was sent reminders in spite of this and i paid an additional sum of rs.440/- The mail from reliance communications ltd dated 10 may 2017 clearly confirms the excess payment and had committed to pay within 60 days (Mail attached below for your kind perusal) On reminding them after 60 days of non-payment i received a mail stating that since my services are terminated they cannot / will not process my payments. As per the details checked and verified in our records, the payment of rs. 440/- have been successfully updated on may 09, 2017. Further note that the mentioned reliance number is terminated, hence the excess amount will be refunded through cheque / demand draft to the registered address within 60 days from the date of termination.
