Sir I am holding 2 mobile connection with reliance communication ([protected]&[protected]) and i was not getting connectivity in many of the areas so i decided to port out from reliance and i applied for port code for both the connection after getting port code i got a call from reliance and they said that by transfering to 4g my connectivity issues will get solved and also he offer a plan of 897 for 4 months in which unlimited calls for 4 months and 6gb internet usage and also said that 4g sim is free from reliance shop and veiver of may latepayment charges of both numbers never told that the plan is advance payment the same day my [protected] connection get blocked later i came to know that this plan was an advance rental plan and the disconnection reason was exceeding credit limit and i got a message that i need to pay 1375.66 in [protected] and customer care was unable to give the details of both numbers and i purchased two 4g sim from reliance (Medical college) which they charged rs 50 and i had converted my [protected] to 4g other sim activation fails and later i came to know that there is no requst for waiver of late payment charges and i asked for reversal of plan to 299 the customer care executive told that this plan is not available and i need to pay the entire charges then only i can change my plan and at the same time plan will change only at the time of bill cycle (I dont know how this advance rental plan got activated on 20th) then i registered an online complaint in indian consumer complaints id 1609407 then an executive from reliance communication call me and advise me to send a request to costemer care @relianceada.com for cancellation of plan Now i am getting messages from reliance that i need to pay the entire amount for which no details was available and bill will generate on 11th only i need to pay before 11th to avoid late payment charges The entire commitments was fraud and no change in range/connectivity after converting to 4g and net i have open my mail for 10 min and i got a message that your entire 4g net data got used and only low speed data will be available please do the needful to cancel the advance rental plan and deduct the amount from my bill Others please note that please dont call me for asking my card details so that you can save your and my time I have send so many complaints but no response from company Was this information helpful? | |||
