My mobile connection outgoing and incoming has been disabled for three days now. I am a prepaid customer who pays bills regularly on time.
Please 1) activate outgoing/incoming and 2) give me a call back to explain.
As a woman who stays alone in a city, my mobile connection is critical for me. Deactivating the connection without warning, when i have been paying bills every single time, amounts to violating my safety. Moreover, i took this connection only when your agent came to my institution and made several attempts to make me buy the plan.
