[Resolved] Reliance Communications — mobile network | |||
Hi, i am using your ([protected]) number in bangalore which i had taken at balasore. I am not getting the network in my mobile from last 1 month. It's a postpaid connection and i have already paid roaming and network charges in advance. But i can't use it as there is no network on the phone. I tried to call customer care number, but it's not getting connected. Even visiting your nearest outlets did not help in resolving the issue. So i request you to either get the issue resolved and get the advanced paid money adjusted in the next billing cycle. You can call me on ([protected]) for further clarification. It is my humble request that you guys do not ignore this post as i am totally fed up with the type of service the retail outlets are providing and i even do not have any other means of contact.
