Reliance Communications — Mobile network issues and non porting of the number | |||||
Dear sir, With reference to above mentioned subject, i would like to inform you that i am using reliance post-paid service the details of which are mentioned below:- Reliance subscriber number [protected] Relationship number [protected] Customer surname Abha choudhary The recent bill no[protected] dated[protected] generated for the period[protected] to[protected] was of rs. 413/- (Rupees four hundred thirteen only) after inclusion of charges of rs. 100/- (Rupees one hundred only) towards late payment which is highly criticized and i will not pay any such charges due to the below mentioned reasons:- 1. The payment was made very much by me on the due date which fell on[protected] in your reliance drop box at shakarpur, laxminagar (Delhi) which is far away from my place. 2. If you check my records i am holding this number from past 10 years at least. 3. From my past records you would be able to understand that i always make cheque payment since i am not comfortable with online payments and if i drop the cheque on due date it gets cleared after 2 to 3 days and on that you have charged late payment fees. 4. I will not pay any such charges as i have made advance payment in the past and reliance did not pay me any advance payment charges or gave any additional benefit for the same. From all the above circumstances and issues faced by me time and again, i would like to port my number to a better service provider having good presence in the market and giving genuine service to the customers. I am also facing network issues on this number and for every call i make or receive i have to literally run from pillar to post to get the network and pay late payment charges for such an efficient and technologically sound service. In past i have generated the porting request twice but the porting was not done by you for some or the other illogical reason which is beyond my understanding and if you check the records i have also made advance payment but it was of no use to me. I would therefore strictly request you to kindly port my number against the porting code which is rd156472 and inform me the total payment to be made by me for closing my records with you. Ps:- i am very much aware about reliance billing system it keeps on generating bill even after total payment is made. Kindly note i will not entertain this in future. Thanking you.
