I am customer of reliance communications bearing mobile no. [protected] which was not functioning since 12/12/2015 showing mobile network not available. I also recharged Rs. 17/- 3G Pack on 16/12/2015 around 0800 hrs. as advised by customer care representative(198) but not yet functioning. I am trying to contact the customer care representative (198) through another mobile number but not pickup. I have very much problem due to non functioning of this mobile number. I want to get functioning this mobile number. Please help me to rectify this problem as soon as possible.
