While no calls were made on[protected], the balance in my account (about Rs. 100) became zero. Attempts made to call Customerservice failed as these are computerized for specific items only and no personnel attend the complaints. A email sent to customer care on 16th is also replied. Kindly take necessary action to restore the balance in my account so that I may be able to use my mobile.
