Reliance Communications — mobile number inactive. | |||||
I have reliance postpaid connection. I have been paying the bills regularly every month without fail, however from 3 rd october 2017 my service is not active. Both incoming and outgoing services are inactive. I tried to reach customer care thousand of time but saying due to some reason you will not be able to connect. Also i mailed the same. When i checked online for bill payment, its showing bill due date 12th october 2017 as 470.82 rs. However when i click "pay now" link showing me amount as 1547.82 rs, which is ridiculous!
