[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Mobile number suspended without intimation; cust. care not able solve issue

My reliance prepaid number [protected] has been temporarily suspended by Reliance Communication without any intimation. Further, customer care at 198 sometimes says to recharge account and sometimes says that there is some document issue and to submit documents at their customer care outlet . However, designated customer care @delhi(karol bagh, paschim puri) are not accepting any document and are saying that all the documents have already been provided by you and there is no need of any further documents. STILL DO'NOT KNOW THE REASON FOR SUSPENSION OF NUMBER.. CUSTOMER CARE UNTRUTWHORTY, UNHELPFUL & UNKNOWN OF REASON.. PLS HELP. Shashikant [protected] [protected]
