Reliance Communications — Mobile recharge | |||
I had purchased a pack of rs. 47 for my prepaid mobile no[protected]. This pack entitle me to 1gb of 4g data, all reliance to reliance calls free, other calls at 0.01 paisa per second. These 3 benefits with a validity of 28 days. Reliance has sent me an sms stating that they have recharged my account with only 100mb data for 7 days. No othr benefits. This is not the first time. I have experienced this during my last recharge on 1st june. My question: why am i made to pay for the calls/data usage during the days when the activation has not taken place; the services for which have been debited to my account.
