[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Money deducted | |||||
Hi team, I recharged mobile number 933153***1 on 17/02/2016 from reliance portal http://myservices.relianceada.com/captureInstantRecharge.do However, the mobile phone is not recharged and the account balance is showing as Rs. 1 I tried to contact [protected]@relianceada.com and spoke to a few customer care representative and they mentioned that the rechrge was done but when i check my balance it is Rs.1. I did not use the phone to make calls after 17/02 and the Cc representative says you must have used up the balance as a guess without any proof. I find the response really unproffesional and, I am surprised how come the balance went to Rs. 1. Could you please look into the matter as it is very disappointing that the CC representatives can only see the last 3 days data for calls and mention that yes the Rs. 500 is lost !!! So I need to know why my balance is showing as Rs.1 whereas I recharged the account with Rs. 500 and did not use the phone after that.
