I ported my sim to reliance communications and took the 299 jalsa plan and took an advance rental plan of Rs. 1032 and paid the same amount to the company agent who came to my home to take the documents. After a month I got a bill for Rs. 472 for june month. I called the customer care and they said there is no advance rental plan activated on your number.After a cumbersome struggle of 1 week i got a confirmation that my plan will be activated on 7th July 2017.
In between this this my outgoing calls were barred without any intimation saying that my documents have not been verified which were already submitted by me during the sim delivery. I dont know the agent who visited my home for taking all the documents neither did he give me any receipt of any kind despite me asking for the same.
On 7th July 2017 my outgoing and incoming services are barred again. When i called the customer care they said that I havent paid the advance rental amount that is Rs. 1032 which I have already paid to the agent at the time of taking the sim.
Please I want my services to be resumed as soon as possible and want this problem resolved Was this information helpful? |
