Reliance Communications — mts customer - no update on reliance 4g upgrade and receiving bills for non usage | |
Hi team, I was an mts cdma customer and now the services are bought by rcom in the month of november 2017. I had contacted all the reliance store over phone and few directly in bangalore. Got to know that the store are closed and there is not update for any one on the this. I dont understand where i can get the an update. Contacted all the customer care numbers provided by reliance but not received any valuable information. On top of it i had cleared the bill till the last cycle of november as per the guidelines. But i have receive a bill this month stating i have to pay the last month bill and this month bill. Now when the mts cdma dongle is not working, as the spectrum is removed and no update to upgrade, no reliance store or customer service available how can the bill be generated. Attaching the payment receipt for last month and the current bill. This is not justified from a company with high stakes in the market. Resolution : i would not like to pay the bill unless and until i have solution for the from the internet service provider on my problem i. E up-gradation.
