Reliance Communications — my 4g data is not working or not surfing | |||
As i bought a new sim of reliance 4g lte on 26 august 2017 but my data is not surfing litle bit and i also have 22 gb til 22 sep 2017 i only used data for 1 day after that my data is not surfing. I want my problem to be solve as much as quick. As i want my problem to be solved in any condition. Reliance care service is also not processing my commplaint as their service is very bad. In the name of Value added service they keep on deducting Rs.30 and the customer care is also not reachable as it getting disconnected. when we call from other network it is getting connected and the executive is telling that we should call within 4 hours or it wont be refunded.
