Hi, My connection is not working since 4 march. no one is responding as well. User ID :[protected] local technicians are also not responding. (Saying some billing issue of server site). We are paying for a seamless connection so please help or share the process to close my connection as from last three months i have raised several complaint for same connection not working issue.
