I was using reliance postpaid no. [protected] since july 2017. The security amount taken by company & told that security will adjust in bill after 2-3 months. After 3 month i called customer care, i asked to adjust security in next month bill. They denied. Next month again i talked to customer care and informed i have to port my no. To other telecom company, i requested to adjust security in next bill. They told security will be refunded you after porting but can not be adjusted in bill. Now my no. Is ported. & i have to take rs.1058 from reliance. But there is all stores are closed. Company is closed. Online no any option available. No any contact working
