Reliance Communications — my extra deduction of balance

I recharged my reliance gsm number ([protected]) on 18th october, 2017 with a recharge of rs 85 which allowed me to rs 100 talktime & make calls at the rate of 20 paise/ min with a validity of 28days. But yesterday evening to till today morning i made a 3 call.1st for about 5 min 52seconds, 2nd for about 18 min & 36 sec, 3rd for about 1 min 56 second. And i was charged rs.37. The validity of scheme is for 28 days i. E. Till 14th november 2017. If the validity of scheme is yet to be finished then why am i being charged more? My extra mobile talktime to be refunded as soon as possible...

I have called for reliance n take my account no then imidiatly my account deducted 500 rs.

I can't sent any SMS with
My no. [protected](reliance gsm) since 12/10/17.
Even if I tried to call customer care *333 or 198 but I cannot connect to customer assistance.
Please kindly help me out
My sim is not working from 3 days... i visited there store t get the problem resolved.. but it didn't worked... also they are also not letting me port my number... Please tell me that how can i file a case against them in consumer court
Mere balance har do dn m kat leta h, customer care ka koi mai baap nhi h, [protected], iss no pr hmesa balance kat leta or rcare kv call nhi leta
I have reliance plan of 299, unlimited call and 3GB data per month. After 1GB data is consumed the speed is reduced to 128kbps, I am trying to call customer care but they are not responding. I tried all numbers 198, 199 and 30333333. Nothing is working. This is happening from more than 6 months.

Please help.

Whenever i recharge of if any amount .. after two days the balance becomes 0.22. Even if I don't make a single call. I don't use internet either.
The company's customer care is too busy to respond and give false assurance..
