Reliance Communications — my incoming calls stopped in my reliance number.

My incoming calls and sms stopped on my reliance number from[protected] but the outgoing calls and sms are all fine. Can you help me whats going on i have to receive urgent calls as it is my personal number. My email address : sandip. [protected]@hotmail.com

I don't know the what is wrong suddenly all the networks work properly but i don't have anything to say about reliance. Please help me with it. Neither the customer service is good.
Whenever i try to call 198 or *333 from my reliance number it doesn't connect to customer service center at all. So i lost my mind now please help contact me in my mail address.
