I have been trying to contact coustomer care but i cant call them pls check my connection and i want to talk to coustomer care executive because i cant connet them my user id[protected]when i try to contact coustomer care they dont connect call i have also paid my bill but my internet and line is dead my internet is dead for past 7 days there no service center in my locality

Hello, recently I'm facing problem sending messages from my reliance no. It says, network out of order but my incoming a out going calls are working perfectly fine.
Need your assistance to fix this problem.

No network since last 4 days at my place mukkola in vizhinjam. The location pincode is 695521.So many times i tried to connect the customer care. But they are not connecting to the customer care executive. Am not getting any phone calls and sms at my place since last 4 days. I am facing big problems due to this. Plz dobtje needful ASAP
