Reliance Communications — my internet connection is suspended

My subscriber id is[protected].
I am getting a message that my broadband connection is suspended due to payment issue.
But i have payed my billing amount upto date.
I am not able to contact customer care due to some reasons.

I am not able to register my account online.
I am planning to disconnect the connection if this problem persist.

Please some one get back to me.
