Reliance Communications — My new no. worked for 5 days only

My no is [protected] it worked only for 5 days and then turned off.
plzz let me know coz all important authorities has been given this no to contact me.
and reliance kota employs says that there is no reply of mail from your side. plzz see to this and return me same no.
plzzz dont give any BS.
worked somewhere in mid of December only and then off.
