Dear sir/madam, My number's outgoing call is barred from your side, i visited rcom store in ghaziabad, nobody helped me everyone was saying that my number verification is negative according to rcom system. I am putting one thing into your notice that nobody visited for verification purpose from reliance team's side. I urge you please start my services as soon as possible because i am working in a reputed consumer durable company and my number circulated among my clients, if this number will stop from your side so it will affect my business so deeply. If you wants to convert my postpaid into prepaid so i am ready for that. I am waiting your reply and i hope that you will take action asap. N yesterday I activate 3g internet 1gb per day... Of rupees 89...its working on 2g network... Worst costumer service... Solve my problem as soon as poss

I have tried many lot of customer care no but of no use, call not getting to the particular service. So, finally I am writing you this message.
