I am Mayank Srivastava and I have a Reliance Netconnect plus dongle - [protected], which i was using till 07/04/2014, until it stopped working. When I contacted customer care executive he said my services have been terminated due to no use. I had a balance of about 2GB data and a month validity, then how can Reliance stop my services. Its so ridiculous as my work is suffering a lot due to this.
