Reliance Communications — My sim card not start still date

Dear Reliance Care
We had take one sim for reliance postpaid on 11.04.2016 your Field boy Deepak had given me sim and he say sim started after one week but still sim not started today 8 days completed.
Also deepak not receive my call and no any revert from reliance care side
i am given 300 Rs. for security.
please help and do the needful
