Sir, Few Month Ago, I Have Activate SMS15P_PACK5 in My Reliance GSM Prepaid Network. But Now I Want to De-Activate This Pack. It's An Auto Renewal Pack. I Try to De-activate it Through SMS. The SMS Format is STOP 3600 and Send to 121(Customer Care). But The Reply is "Unable to Process Your Request. Try Again Later". Please Help to De-Activate the VAS Pack.
