Sir,
Thanks for your letter. But I would like to inform that this outstanding has been occurred only because of the negligence of customer services, for which I need to get compensated. I also requested for plan change which was not entertained by rcom executives, without any justification. Moreover just CSR throws the balls to other court like visit the nearest showroom who doesn’t even receives the request.
I have mailed regarding the discontinuation of service on 23/7 & it has been forwarded by CSR to respective on same day mail attached .But request was taken only after 4 days & simply giving reasons. But when there is a bill payment follow up CSR call to right number only when there is an issue they get incorrect number.
Moreover every time it is a usual practice by rcom that request has been taken only after 5-10 days so that rental can be charged from customer. In mail I have provided clearly that termination of service on 24/7 & will not undertake bill payment as I have cleared the bill till date.
