Reliance Communications — net and sms not working

My reliance number [protected] its sms and internet services does not work. I recharge my reliance number with 89and get 1gb/day. Bt i can't use it because of its not working and i force another problem that is i cant send sms to anyone, i cant send sms to my friends, thats why i force many prblm and can't contact with my friends. And also i cant use my internet pack thats why i can't contact with friends in fb/whtsapp /youtube. If i cll reliance customer care they didn't responce my cll and doesn't pick up my ph cll. Thats why i force many prblm. Internet and sms is very use full things in my daily life. Plz solve it.
The main two problems are sms and net not working. Plz hlp me to use my sms and net services. Plz
