[Resolved] Reliance Communications — net balance and call drop | |||||
Dear sir/madam, I have some issue with reliance gsm operater. I contacted to your customer care service on 6th of aug 2017 and spoke to mr. Devendra. He said to me that, "your problem will be resolved in 3 days". But the team did not solve it And since 10th of aug i cant connect to customer care service no. 198 & 121 I feedup from these problems frm a long time.. Plz solve my problem as soon as possible, if you also cant solve it then plz suggest me what should i do... My issues are : 1) there have call drop problem on my reliance prepaid no. - [protected], 2) i got 3 gb net balance with the recharge of 152 (Got sms from rcom for 3gb net balance on 1st of aug.) but according to customer care executive there have no net data balance..
