Sir, i have taken a postpaid connection with net facilities tagged with it. my connection no is [protected] in my name chhavi shanker verma. but the net connection is not working causing thereby a great difficulty.previously i had made a complaint with the local branch of reliance comm in boring road patna.but after some days the problem resurfaced.
